1. Agreement that applies
Your license to use TraceBack as distributed through the App Store is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). This page does not replace the Standard EULA with a custom EULA. It supplements that agreement with product-specific conditions and notices. If there is a conflict, the Standard EULA and applicable law control.
2. Permitted use
You may use TraceBack on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules, the Standard EULA, and applicable law.
You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the app or its services, violate law or another person's rights, or compromise the safety of the app or external services. You choose whether to grant permissions for Photos, notifications, iCloud, and other features.
3. Map, place, and statistics accuracy
Places, distances, visits, photo groupings, and statistics shown in TraceBack are retrospective information derived from photo metadata, on-device processing, and mapping services. They may contain omissions, duplicates, estimation errors, or naming differences.
Do not use TraceBack for navigation, emergency or safety decisions, legal proof of presence, or as an authoritative record of your movements.
4. Photos, notes, sharing, and exports
You retain your rights in your photos, videos, notes, profile, and creations. When you save or share a card, or share photos or videos, you are responsible for having the necessary rights and respecting the privacy of people and places shown.
Review exports for sensitive details such as exact locations, names, faces, and capture times before sharing. Content shared to another service is also governed by that service's terms.
5. Content standards and zero tolerance
TraceBack has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. You must not use TraceBack to create, store, generate, or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, exploitative of children, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
TraceBack is a private app for browsing and organizing your own photo library. It has no public posts, other users' profiles, messaging, or user-to-user comments. Optional iCloud synchronization stores supported records in your private iCloud storage. Sharing and exporting send content to an external destination you choose.
Please use the Support page to contact us about problems with the app.
6. TraceBack Pro
When offered, TraceBack Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase made through the App Store. The App Store purchase screen and Apple's terms control current price, tax, currency, territory availability, Family Sharing, refunds, and restoration.
TraceBack does not receive payment-card information. Apple purchase support may handle questions and refund requests relating to App Store transactions.
7. Availability, external services, and changes
Some features depend on a compatible device, iOS, photo location metadata, network access, iCloud, MapKit, Firebase, or advertising services. No feature is guaranteed to be available at all times on every device, in every language, or in every region.
Features and these notices may be updated or discontinued to address quality, safety, legal, or external-service changes. Warranties and limitations of liability are governed by the Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Contact
