Photos do not appear on the map
Open iOS Settings > Apps > TraceBack > Photos and allow access. A photo needs embedded location metadata to appear on the map. Run Rescan in TraceBack Settings after changing permission.
The first scan does not finish
Keep TraceBack open while it organizes the library for the first time. Very large libraries can take longer. Later launches reuse saved metadata and thumbnails.
Restore TraceBack Pro
Open TraceBack Pro from My Page and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple ID that originally made the purchase. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Change advertising privacy choices
Where required in your region, manage advertising privacy choices in TraceBack Settings. Photo and notification permissions are managed in iOS Settings.
A place or distance looks wrong
Photo location metadata and place-name resolution can introduce errors. TraceBack's map and place information are for reflection, not navigation or authoritative proof of presence.
